Though snapped in January, there is no snow in these La Gruyère landscape. Rather, the green of grass is the dominating colour here.

The structure above looks like the entrance to a fort. The grass around gives the scene a feel of the village.

La Gruyère Art Shop Window

This is an interesting shop window in La Gruyère. The shop however is closed in the morning. The image of Jesus is prominent on the right hand corner. The decorative wood work on the windows gives a casement-like feeling.
